He told Standard Online: âSomeone said to me âoh I saw you the year you performed and I interviewed you- you were nervousâ I was like I didnât realise I let on, Iâm far more relaxed this year.â
Speaking ahead of the album release, he said: âIâm just happy itâs being announced, Iâm happy people are pre-ordering it, which is lovely.
âIâm proud of it, Iâm sure theyâre going to enjoy it, Iâm just excited.â
Ezra received four nominations at 2015âs Brit Awards, including British Breakthrough, British Single, Male Solo artist and British Album.
Both this yearâs British Male Solo artist and British Album gongs were swiped by Gang Signs and Prayer rapper Stormzy.

Wednesday nightâs Brit Awards ceremony sparked controversy after the hip-hop artist called out Theresa May in his performance.
He rapped: âYo Theresa May, whereâs the money for Grenfell?" he rapped, as water showered down onto him.
"What, you thought we just forgot about Grenfell? You criminals, and youâve got the cheek to call us savages, you should do some jail time, you should pay some damages, you should burn your house down and see if you can manage this."
