Khloe Kardashian reportedly won’t leave Tristan Thompson because she doesn’t want to look like a fool, according to Kris Jenner’s friend Lisa Stanley.

The couple have recently made a public effort to move past Thompson’s infidelity scandal with Kardashian frequently hitting out at critics of her relationship.

According to the Daily Mail, Jenner’s close friend Stanley has told how the 34-year-old intends to make it work with the 27-year-old basketball player in a bid to save face following her divorce from Lamar Odom in 2016.

Stanley reportedly told Los Angeles radio station KIIS FM: “She doesn't want to look a fool. She was a fool once with Lamar, and she didn't want to do it again.

“Khloe was always going to try make this work, for a plethora of reasons. The first reason is she has a child now, and she feels very connected to [Tristan] in that way.

“The second reason is she loves him. She clearly loves the man. She was never planning on leaving him.”

Stanley also reportedly revealed that Kardashian’s family were less supportive of her decision to stay with Thompson.

She said: “If Kris and the family had it their way, she probably would be leaving. They're not okay with this. This guy not only cheated on her it was on video and the world saw it.

“And she was humiliated. But she's choosing to stay. If all they had it their way, Tristan would just be the baby daddy. And be very much involved. Apparently he's a good father.”

The source added that the pair have been in couple’s marriage therapy following the infidelity scandal.
