Noel Gallagher claims brother Liam doesnât want an Oasis reunion: âHeâs full of s**tâ

Noel Gallagher has branded his brother Liam âfull of s**tâ as he claimed his younger sibling doesnât really want an Oasis reunion.
While there has never been any love lost between the siblings, talk of an Oasis reunion has been building momentum after Liam, 50, told fans the band would reunite if Manchester City win the Champions League.
Despite his brotherâs promise, 56-year-old Noel criticised Liam for being disingenuous to their loyal fans, claiming that he is making the High Flying Birds rocker look bad.
Noel told The Sun: âIâm busy for the next year and a half with my album but anyway, Liam is full of s**t.
âHe knows as well as I do that he doesnât want it either, what he does like doing is making me look a c**t. Heâs being ingenuine (sic) to his beloved Oasis fans who put him where he is today, go f**king call me then.â
The rocker also insisted that his brother hasnât attempted to contact him about a reunion, doubling down on his claims that his younger sibling is the one preventing it.

Reasoning why Liam hasnât got in touch with him, Noel claimed: âBecause if he calls and I say, âLetâs do itâ, then heâs got to stand in the same room as me, right? And then itâs on him.
âAnd he doesnât want that. He wonât stand in the same room as me because then heâs got to pull it off, and he canât pull it off. And you can quote me on all of that.â
The Half The World Away singer, who is set to release his new album, Council Skies, on June 2, also revealed that heâs urged frequently by fans to mend his relationship with Liam for the sake of their mother Peggy.
But Noel insisted that their mum âknows not to get involvedâ with his and Liamâs ongoing feud.
The Standard has contacted Liam Gallagherâs representative for comment.
The musicianâs latest comments come after he branded Liam a âcowardâ during an interview with talkSPORT and blamed him for the lack of an Oasis reunion.
Noels claims didnât sit well with Liam, who took to Twitter to respond and he typically didnât hold back.

Back in 2017, there had been a call for Oasis to reform at a special concert to honour those who were killed in the Manchester Arena Bombing during an Ariana Grande concert.
While Liam did perform at the One Love Manchester concert, Noel was a no-show.
Referencing this in his response, he tweeted: âI donât wish AIDS on people I turn up and play the MUSIC for the people of MANCHESTER who have just had a terror attack while you sit on your dingy sipping champagne and you got the audacity to call me a COWARD sit down you [bell]end.â
âReunion dead in the water,â replied one fan. To which Liam then replied: âHe hates Oasis fans heâs full of s***.â
Liam and brother Noel have barely spoken since a huge backstage bust-up ended Oasis in August 2009.
Since the super-group disbanded, Liam started band Beady Eye before launching his solo career in 2017 with album As You Were, while Noel has enjoyed much success with his band, Noel Gallagherâs High Flying Birds, since 2010.
