Lucas Moura fired a hat-trick as Tottenham continued to enjoy the comforts of their new home with a 4-0 Premier League win over Huddersfield that strengthens their top-four hopes.

Any fears they might have had about struggling to settle in at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium have been convincingly quashed after making it three wins from three there, with Moura earning himself a place in history with the first treble in the 62,062-seater arena.

Victor Wanyama put Spurs on the road to an easy afternoon as they have now scored seven goals and conceded none back on their own patch.

Meanwhile, Paul Pogba's brace bailed out Manchester United as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side stuttered to a fortuitous 2-1 win against West Ham.

Brighton were thrashed 5-0 by Bournemouth, while big wins for Burnley and Southampton pulled them away from the drop zone.

Elsewhere, Fulham wrapped up a deserved 2-0 victory over Everton to secure their first points under Scott Parker, and Leicester were narrowly beaten at home to Newcastle in Friday's late kick-off.

Here’s the running order for Match of the Day

1Tottenham vs Huddersfield
2Man Utd vs West Ham
3Brighton vs Bournemouth
4Southampton vs Wolves
5Burnley vs Cardiff
6Fulham vs Everton
7Leicester vs Newcastle
