A unique Premier League season finally concluded today with plenty still needing to be decided.

Manchester United won the Champions League shoot-out with Leicester, a Bruno Fernandes penalty and a late goal from Jesse Lingard was enough. Chelsea took fourth after beating Wolves.

So, the Foxes have to settle for the Europa League and will be joined by Tottenham, who left Crystal Palace with a point to jump above Wolves into sixth.

Bournemouth won at Everton, but it wasn't enough as Aston Villa earned a point at West Ham. Watford was dominant at Arsenal but left empty-handed to condemn them to the Championship.
