Jose Mourinho responded to jeers from Chelsea fans during last month’s FA Cup quarter final by saying until a manager wins them four titles, ‘Judas is number one’.

Well, Antonio Conte could steal a march on Stamford Bridge’s former ‘Special One’ in his first season.

But should they claim victory in all of their seven remaining matches they will beat the record points haul set by Mourinho in his first season in west London.

Mourinho’s Chelsea won the 2004-05 title with a tally of 95 points – a Premier League record over a 38-game season.

Of their remaining fixtures, Chelsea only have to face sides which they have beaten already this season – starting with Mourinho's Manchester United next Sunday, who the defeated 4-0 at Stamford Bridge back in October.
