The evergreen Tom Brady led his New England Patriots to a 33-3 win on the opening Sunday of the season, with the victory exposing significant problems for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The 42-year-old quarterback went 24-from-36 passes which included three touchdowns and 341 yards for the reigning Super Bowl champions, with Brady going to 6-0 in Massachusetts against the Steelers.

In the final matches of the round, the New Orleans Saints defeat the Houston Texans 30-28 at the Mercedes-Benze Superdome, while the Denver Broncos went down 24-16 to the Oakland Raiders.
