Wolves in the hunt for keeper Warner

Premiership strugglers Wolves are lining up a £1million bid for Millwall goalkeeper Tony Warner.

Warner was voted the club's player of the year in 2003.

Meanwhile, assistant manager Ray Wilkins says things are looking up for Millwall after their recent injury crisis.

Robbie Ryan and Paul Ifill returned from injuries to play in the 0-0 draw at Wigan and long-term absentees Joe Dolan and Mark McCammon are both nearing fitness.

Wilkins said: "We are really upbeat and believe we can make the play-offs."
