Voice actions are commands you can speak to your phone that will improve productivity and efficiency while performing the most common mobile actions. Some of the task voice actions let you do are: Call businesses and contacts, send text messages and email, listen to music, browsing the web, and complete common tasks, all just by speaking into your phone. In order to use these voice actions you must have Android 2.2 (Froyo) as well as downloaded the, “Google Search” and “Gesture Search,” from the market fully take advantage of all the interactive features of search.

These features came pre-installed into the recently release Droid 2 and it can be expected the these new features to become pre-installed into future Android Phones.
