Best Buy Mobile Starts Pre-Sale of the T-Mobile® G2 with Google

Best Buy has recently announced that it will begin presales for the T-Mobile HTC G2 starting Today. You’ll have to out $199 out of your pocket plus a dreadful two year contract. Best Buy also announced that the G2 will be available in stores starting October 6th. Still no official word from T-Mobile as to when it will have the G2 on sale, but we predict a similar time-line. While you think about the purchase that a large number will make, the G2 is T-Mobile’s first phone on its advanced network that lets consumers connect at 4G speeds. It has the Android 2.2 operating system, an exclusive hinge design (HTC calls it “Z-Hinge”) that opens up to a QWERTY keyboard and a full touch screen 3.7″ S-TFT WVGA with clear images and wide viewing angle.
