In Google’s quest to make the whole web faster, but especially their search engine, they’re always pushing to get people to make as many searches as possible per minute or per hour, however they are counting them.
What’s in it for Google, though? The faster their search engine is, the more searches people do, the more ads they show up – the more money they get.
Today they’ve announced the new Google Instant. With the new Google Instant search you can get search results that change the second your change your search query. Everything happens in real time.
You can expect the new change to need a little time getting used to, but you should soon realize that it saves you a lot of time in the long term. Google even says that it will save its users a total of 350 million hours per year.
What do you think about the new Google Instant? Do you like it or think you’ll get used to it?
