A happy day to all developers and custom rom peeps, the Dell streak source code has been released by! After issuing a statement on Twitter,Dell was concerned about some licensing issues that could bar them from releasing the source code to developers.Dell figured out the issues and now it’s time to customize this mini tablet. The issue seemed to be was that Dell was running Android 1.6(donut) which is a Linux based and has some licensing issues that disabled the release to the public.Kudos to dell for letting developers get their hands on this,lets see what they have in store for the Dell streak.
