The Droid 2 Global has been advertised on Verizon’s site but not yet formally released. Speculations of the reason for this are possibly because the phone is almost the exact same thing as a Droid 2 except the specs are better. The video gives an insight to some of the features and gives a pretty good view at some of the functions of the phone. The video was added on YouTube by Motorola’s how2moto channel. Update: Verizon has sent out an email to Droid email subscribers officially announcing the Droid 2 Global.
