Rogers Dell Streak Selling Direct from Dell for $549.99

Rogers currently has the pocket tablet Dell Streak online for purchase on both a 3-year contract for $149.99  and an outright price of $599.99. Thats a pretty huge price difference. Now Dell Canada itself is selling the device without a contract for $549.99, locked onto the Rogers network. Dell makes that fact clear on their website. It seems like most people would prefer the 3-year contract over paying such a huge amount upfront, especially for a device whose OS is becoming a thing of the past, and with features that aren’t quite up to par as other similar devices.
