If you’re a fan of Android devices and have been following the latest breaking news, you probably caught some of the news from the Web 2.0 summit where Google CEO Eric Schmidt teased the crowd with an unknown, unannounced device. The device in question is rumored to be to the Samsung Nexus S, pictured above in the hands of the CEO himself.
If further documentation with the FCC means the device is getting closer to an actual release, or at least an announcement, then Engadget has stumbled across some good news for any future Nexus S fan. Appearing on the FCC website is new information regarding the addition of new WiFi and GPS antennas. So while continued work on the device does mean it will likely see the light of day in the near future, without any official word from Samsung it’s just a waiting game as to when that will be.
