After releasing the T-mobile service, Google decided to celebrate the anniversary of its Android market carrier billing services. This time, they have expanded this service to AT&T. The meaning of all this is that if your Android device is on AT&T service then you would no longer be required to use debit/credit cards for your purchases. The purchases would be billed directly on your AT&T bill which means shopping has become much easier.
