Wind Mobile, in Canada, just released an amazing deal for $40/month (Canadian). Unlimited talk, text, and data with free long-distance to the US for voice, SMS, and MMS. The only catch is that if you go out of your Wind Zone, “you’ll be charged roaming at $0.25/minute for calls (in Canada) and $0.10 per 25KB for Data (in Canada).”
This is a promo plan, but unlike the usual promos which last only six months, you can keep this plan as long as you remain an active customer who pays on time. This is active from 10-26 December and is available to current customers, not just new ones. So if you have been thinking about using Wind, or are upset with your current Wind rates, change NOW! This promo appears to be just for people in the know; it is not on the website or in store.

Oh yea, there is also an unlimited talk and text plan for $25, but if you are an Android user you need your data.
