Motorola is investing a lot to advertise its new Xoom tablet that features Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb) at this year’s Super Bowl. They have given Tampa Bay Buccaneer Gerald McCoy and Cincinnati Bengal Chad Ochocinco each their own tablet on which to report their news on the game from a player’s perspective. They will certainly bring more attention to the device along the Motorola’s big commercial that has yet to be seen.
They have both been tweeting from the device as shown in Chad’s picture above, and the latest tweet from Gerald McCoy hints that the Motorola Xoom will be released in two weeks. That statement goes along with earlier reports of a February 17th launch. All signs are showing the Xoom will be released this month, so get ready.
