NVIDIA’S dual core line of processors, Tegra 2, seems to be everywhere lately, from Motorola to HTC to… Samsung?
Yes, folks. Apparently our friends at AnandTech came across some benchmark results of a GT-i9103 with a Tegra 2 listed as its processor. Pocket-lint noted that Samsung’s Galaxy S II official specs sheet stated that their dual core processors (Exynos) “may not be applicable in some regions”. So.. you may be asking why some devices will run on a Tegra and others on a Exynos? Well, its very likely that Samsung has yet to fulfill demand and are relying on NVIDIA’s chip to power their phones (same happened before with Super AMOLED and Super Clear LCD screens in some countries).
