The Motorola Xoom is destined to be an Android bestseller, featuring some of the best specs we’ve seen so far in the tablet game. Now courtesy of Engadget we’ve got an early look at the new Best Buy ad which features the Xoom front and center. Priced at a whopping $799.99, the Motorola Xoom on the Verizon network will launch in stores on Thursday, February 24th. That’s just over two weeks from now, so everyone should start breaking their piggy banks now.
The Xoom definately isn’t cheap, but I think what you’re getting in return is well worth the cost. Also included in the ad are the Xoom’s basic specs, which of course include the fact that it comes ready with Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS. Some data pricing tiers based on 3G service are also listed ranging from 1 GB for $20 up to 10 GB for $80 a month. It also states the Xoom is upgradeable to 4G LTE.
