The T-Mobile G2x Superphone Heading To T-Mobile
The LG G2x is the T-Mobile version of the Tegra 2 powered Optimus 2x and it boast stellar performance numbers. The good news is it will utilize 14Mbs HSPA+ network that T-Mobile likes to call 4G. They introduced the handset at CTIA running on Android 2.2 Froyo, it will ship with very light UI customizations as LG wants to keep a quick timeline in their plans to upgrade to Gingerbread.
T-Mobile G2x Has An Enticing Featureset
Along with the 1Ghz dual core Tegra 2 the G2x packs a 4″ touch screen an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front camera. It can shoot 1080p video and has a HDMI port for viewing on your HD TV. It has 8Gb of on board memory and a microSD slot capable of an additional 32Gb.
T-Mobile G2x A Great Option
Anyone on T-Mobile should be happy about this addition to the lineup as it will be a strong competitor to the flagship offerings from other carriers. It will come preloaded with the Nvidia Tegra Zone App to showcase games and other software that can take full advantage of all the horsepower under the hood.
