Xoom WiFi Comes to Canada

Have you been waiting to get in on the Android tablet action until there was a Honeycomb choice available?  The Motorola XOOM tablet with Android 3.0 Honeycomb is now available in a WiFi-only version at BestBuy and Future Shop in Canada.  It looks like they are on sale in some stores currently and should be in all stores soon.  You can grab it online from either BestBuy or Future Shop for $599.99.

TELUS is expected to have this tablet soon (probably with 3G on their service).

In case you need a refresher, the XOOM is an NVidia Tegra 2 dual-core 1 GHz beast.  There is a 5 MP camera in the back that can shoot HD video, a 2 MP camera in the front for self-portraits and video calling, and of course Android 3.0 Honeycomb.

Grab it soon, as it will probably be in high demand!
