Samsung Nexus S 4g Now Available from Sprint
As we told you it would last month, the mighty Nexus S 4G hit the shelves at Spring on May 8. It’s priced at $199 with a two-year contract from Sprint, and $549.oo sans contract, which is, again, no surprise. Purchasing from Best Buy knocks another $50 off the two-year price.
The NextGen “pure Google phone” will be the first phone on the market with Gingerbread OS (Android 2.3) installed, and will run on Sprint’s 4G Wimax network.
Farewell to GSM
The new Nexus S is now no longer a GSM phone, but has changed over to CDMA. Does this mean that we’ll be seeing a Verizon version of the phone soon?
