For those who don’t want to pre-order and wait for the Nexus 7 tablet to arrive at your doorstep, there may be some good news. According to a leaked screenshot from Office Depot, the Nexus 7 tablet will be available in stores on July 12th. With such a great and rather hot gadget, some people will want to pick it up in stores instead of having to wait for it to get to them.
The tablet isn’t available online yet through Office Depot, so it looks like customers wanting to get it from them, will just have to come in on July 12th if they want to make sure to get their hands on it right away. Google’s Nexus 7 is a very powerful and affordable 7 inch tablet. With a solid display and quad core processor, it’ll be able to blast through just about anything you throw at it.
Office Depot will initially only carry the 16GB version which will cost you $249.99, same as the price online. So far, the Nexus 7 is shaping up to be a very big seller and with Amazon not coming out with a new Kindle until later this fall, Google may just catch up or even surpass their market share. Have you pre-ordered yet or are you planning on picking this up once it’s in stores?
