Featured: Samsung Jasper for Verizon Leaked, with ICS, LTE, and Snapdragon S4 Processor

The Samsung Jasper (SCH-I200) was first leaked back in April by a Bluetooth SIG file, leaked again in June when it took a trip to the FCC. Now it looks as if this mid-range device is getting closer to release on Verizon’s network.

This leak shows that the device will have a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor with a 800×480 resolution. It’ll be running ICS, most likely Android 4.0.4, the latest version of Samsung’s Touchwiz, and of course it’ll support Verizon’s LTE network. One other thing to point out from the leaked image is that there are no softkeys on the device like on the Galaxy Nexus, and the Motorola Atrix HD, but it does have 4 capacitive buttons. It sports a back button, Home, Recents, and a menu button that looks just like the menu button on the Galaxy Nexus.

These specs fall right in line with the specs we’ve seen leaked earlier this year. So we should be expecting an announcement from Verizon anyday now.
