We have heard, seen and laughed at many rumors popping every now and then about the Galaxy Note 10.1. This device was first showcased at MWC 12 earlier this year but Samsung was quick enough to cancel the launch and go back to the drawing boards, obviously to put something “extra” to make it NOTEworthy. [pun intended]
Well, there have been previous reports about the Galaxy Note 10.1 packing the same Quad-Core processor as the Galaxy S3 and looks like this is rather true because today we have another “leaked” list of specifications for the said device that confirms the inclusion Quad-core chip. The Galaxy Note 10.1 will surely come with Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box with a promise of quick update to Jelly Bean by Samsung. [We know how quick you are Samsung!]
Other specs include a 5 megapixel rear shooter with Auto-focus and LED flash capable of recording videos at 720p, 1GB of RAM (Sorry but 2GB seems like overkill at the moment), 10.1″ WXGA display, Voice and motion UI and other standard features including WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc
The best thing about the Galaxy Note 10.1 is that it will come with a stylish S-Pen like it’s smaller variant [Galaxy Note 5.3] and it will also sport a slot for the S-Pen, that will surely help those who keep losing their stylus. We are looking forward to August 15th “Galaxy event” by Samsung that is rumored to bring out the Galaxy Note 10.1 as well. Just 13 more days to go and we’ll find out what all the hype is about.
