Featured: Ainol Announces Novo 7 Crytsal Tablet running Jelly Bean OS for Just $130

Ainol, a Chinese Android tablet manufacturer has been the center of attention for the last couple of months. It was the first company to release a budget-friendly tablet running Ice Cream Sandwich and Ainol has since delivered some impressive budget tablets with decent specs that include Ainol Tornado, Elf, Advanced, etc

Now the company has announced another tablet running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS dubbed as Ainol Novo 7 Crystal. TheCrystalwill boast some impressive internals including a dual-core Cortex A9 chip with Mali 400 GPU, front facing camera, 7″ IPS display, 8GB of internal memory and 1GB of RAM. It will also sport an HDMI port, USB, Wifi and microSD card slot for extra 32 gigs of memory. The 3700mAh battery is claimed to provide a 5 hours of non-stop usage just a bit short of what the Nexus 7 provides.

Best thing about the Ainol Novo 7 Crystal is that it runs Jelly Bean OS right out of the box and provides full Vanilla experience that you would find on Google Nexus 7. It supports Google Play store, so that gives it an edge over the recently launched Kindle Fire HD.

The Crystalcomes with a price tag of $120-$130 depending on the where you buy it from making it the cheapest Jelly Bean tablet available in the market with a Dual-Core processor. It will start shipping from 28th September.

It is a perfect tablet for the average Joe who doesn’t care about High-end hardware and just wants to surf the web, read books, watch some flicks and play some games on their tablet.

What are your thoughts on the Novo 7 Crystal? Would you prefer it over the Nexus 7 or Kindle Fire HD?
