Featured: ChatONV App will Enable Voice Calling on Samsung's ChatON Service

Samsung is looking forward to widen their chat service, ChatON’s horizons by releasing a new app, ChatONV that will also support voice calls over internet making it a direct contender to Google Voice. The new app has been spotted by a Czech blog on a Samsung Galaxy Camera that will let any Samsung device including cameras, phones, tablets and even players to make voice calls.

There have also been other rumors about the chat service that Samsung will bring video support to it that will let people make video calls through it much like Skype. ChatON service is more like BBM, it available for all devices, other rivals include Apple’s iMessage, WhatsApp messenger, etc

ChatON is going to become an all-in-one app to communicate with your loved ones and it comes installed with almost all of Samsung’s devices. Sammy has already released the app on Google Play, iTunes and BlackBerry app world to compete with rivals like WhatsApp. The new video and voice features will make it a rival to Google’s Gtalk service and Skype as well. ChatONV could become a full fledged app for communication with your friends, family and colleagues.

The new services are still in development phase and will soon be available as an update to the existing ChatON app on your loved Samsung device. Do you think ChatON is better than its rivals?
