We reported a while back about an upcoming comedy movie “The Internship” starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. In this movie both stars are posing as Interns for Google, enjoying the extra perks that every Googler enjoys during their time at the Search Giants HQ.
Google’s marketing team opened up their HQ for 20th Century Fox studio to shoot some external scenes for the movie. In addition to that our favorite Eric Schmidt also interviewed Vince Vaughn for an employee talk, but unfortunately that’s not available online yet. Other famous Googlers will also make cameos in the movie including our Android star Hugo Barra.Other Google employees will also be playing extras on the movie, according to reports.
Google’s co-founder Sergey Brin also hosted a dinner for the crew at his home. Google’s upcoming tech including Google Car and Google Glasses will also be featured in the movie, just for the promotion of the products. We also hope that some of our favorite Android devices might actually pop-up in the movie, lets say the Nexus 7 or maybe the upcoming Nexus device.
