Featured: Once $2.99, X-Plane For Android Goes Free

There’s a lot of Android games in the Google Play Store that don’t require much to figure out how to play. Most, you can just get up and running and start playing pretty well right out of the gate. However, there’s also some games that require a bit more strategy, a bit more skill.

One of those games is X-Plane which is a rather good flight simulator game for Android devices. The game has been around for a while and features some pretty solid graphics. In fact, Laminar Research, the company that makes the game, says that the Android version of the game is about 85% accurate when compared to the desktop version of the game.

While the game used to be $2.99, even $10 when it was first introduced, is now free to download. Yep, good ol’ free. Like transitions that have been made with other games, X-Plane relies off of in-app purchases. If you’re into flight simulation, definitely give it a gander. With an average rating of 4.2 in the Play Store, it looks to be pretty good.
