For those of you looking for a phone, and your contract isn’t up yet, you might want to pick up a Pre-owned Galaxy Nexus from Verizon. They are currently selling them for $229.99 and that’s the full price, and comes with a 1-year warranty. If you want to sign a new 2-year contract with them the price is $50. But then again, if you’re looking to sign a new 2-year contract with Verizon, you can get a brand new Galaxy Nexus for just $49.99. Looks like Verizon is trying to sell off the last of the Galaxy Nexus’ to make way for perhaps the LG Nexus? Wouldn’t that be interesting if Google brings the LG Nexus to Verizon. Guess we’ll find out next week.
For those of you that don’t remember, the Galaxy Nexus is packing some decent specs as well:
- 4.65″ (1280×720) HD Super AMOLED display
- 1.2GHz dual-core processor
- 1GB of RAM
- 5MP rear-facing camera, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera
- Android 4.1 (finally) on board
So if you want a stock Android device, you can’t go wrong with the Galaxy Nexus. Sure its successor is due next week, but even for a year old device it performs just as good, if not better than other Android devices out there. So who’s picking on up?
