Haven’t people learned by now not to bring top-secret prototype devices into a bar? It happened with the iPhone 4 a couple of years ago, that even went to court. It appears that back in September, a bartender at a popular bar in San Francisco came across the LG Nexus 4. Now given that he probably finds many phones every night, in fact he finds about 20 a night, so he didn’t think much of it. That was until a customer that was more into Android and technology was able to realize it was the LG Nexus 4, and they realized they have a big phone on their hands.
So basically the bartender got in contact with Google’s security to arrange to have the device returned. It’s a pretty good story, and you can get the full details from the source link below. The device is said to come with…
- 4.7″ display at 1280×768 resolution
- quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 CPU
- 8MP rear camera
- Along with Android 4.2 (Jelly bean?)
When do you think people will realize not to bring prototype devices into bars? The Bars in San Francisco are pretty lucky, close to both Google and Apple headquarters.
