If there’s on thing that has taken a back a little of these last few weeks of rumors is how much people want to get their hands on a 32GB Nexus 7 or, at least how much they’ve suddenly turned on the 16GB version of the tablet. For some time now the internet has been abuzz about people having just bought a 16GB version for Google to go and supersede the tablet with a 32GB version. Of course, they always will be the same version of the beloved 7-incher but, is 32GB really that much of a jump? Well, it’s a a lot more of a jump from 8 to 16, that’s for sure. With this amount of room there’s going to be enough for you to store a whole lot of music and movies without having to need WiFi for Google Music or the Play Store.
Question is, where and when can I get my hands on one? Walmart has the following answer for all: now. The 16GB version of the Nexus 7 recently fell out of stock in Google’s Play Store and whilst it’s still in stock at other retailers around the web, Walmart is more than happy to fill the gap by offering the 32GB version. It’s going to set you back $249, just like all the rumors said it would and it seems available for home delivery and you might even be able to find a store nearby that’s stocking the tab.
This isn’t anything surprising to anyone, I’m sure, the problem with events like Google’s Playground that was supposed to be held today, is that everything surrounding the event is set in stone. All the retailers will be lined up and I wouldn’t be surprised if there are a number of LG Nexus 4 review units floating around. Things are like this are going to happen when the main event falls through and quite frankly, Google could afford for them not to happen after all, these last few weeks have been one big leak after the other for Google, something I’m sure they would have liked to live without.
At any rate, you can now get your hands on the Nexus 7 with the most storage and obviously the coolest of cool factors! Let us know in the comments if you went ahead and ordered one, or two….or three!
