Today, the V987 from ZTE went on sale in China as a Cheaper Grand S with a quad-core processor, 5-inch display and a bigger battery. Not bad for a cheaper price tag, right?

Looks like Phones 4u in the UK are looking to launch their own branded devices this year. Possibly partner with ZTE to do this. Could that mean cheaper prices? We’ll have to wait and see.
