Dropbox Gets Updated

Today, Dropbox got a nice update which brings improved photo viewing and support for six languages including Indonesian, Malay, Polish, Russian and Traditional and Simplified Chinese. You can grab the app in the Play Store.

CM 10.1 M3 Builds Now Rolling Out

Today, CyanogenMod begin rolling out their M3 builds for CM 10.1. M builds are basically a mix of stable and nightlies, as they are in between the two. You can head over to their download site and get your update now.

Xbox Smartglass Gets updated

Xbox’s Smartglass got updated today and it brings full and proper tablet support for the app. You can download it from Google Play and enjoy the brand new update.

LG’s Optimus F7 Heading to Boost Mobile

Reportedly, LG’s new Optimus F7 which we saw at Mobile World Congress in February is headed towards pre-paid and Sprint MVNO, Boost Mobile. No word yet on pricing or availability.

Here’s how to switch to the Android 4.2 stock launcher on the Transformer Pad Infinity

Just follow the directions down below. Thanks to Android Police.

  1. Download and install a third party launcher like Nova, ADW, Apex, etc.
  2. Launch said launcher.
  3. Long-press on the homescreen and select Shortcuts > Activities.
  4. From there, scroll down to Settings, hit the drop down, and select “Switch Launcher.”
  5. Run the newly-created shortcut to open a hidden option in the settings menu that allows you to switch from the old-style launcher to the new, and vice versa.
  6. Reboot.
  7. Enjoy!

Linkedin has Acquired Pulse

This just broke this afternoon, apparently Linkedin has acquired Pulse, which is a huge news reader. In fact Android Headlines is in Pulse. We’re just wondering what Linkedin is going to do with it?
