Best Buy has long been a fan favorite when it comes to us tech geeks. Not only are they one of the few brick and mortar stores out there that can offer prices rivaling the likes on Amazon when it comes to Smartphone deals on every US carrier, they also have a pretty respectable website themselves (personally I love the in store pickup option).
It’s also a great place to go and get some hands on time with a number of devices all at once as opposed to having to hit a bunch of carrier stores separately. Most recently they have even teamed with Samsung to bring what are called “experience shops” to 1,400 stores that will give consumers an even better experience when it comes to trying the South Korean manufacturers wares by having a larger in-store footprint and trained employees on the devices.
Well now it looks like the retail giant is at it again, this time by offering up the hotter than hot HTC One for pre-order on three of the big four US carriers. People can head over to the Best Buy website right now and put their money down in order to be one of the first in line to get HTC’s 2013 flagship, provided they want the silver version of the handset, on either Sprint, AT&T, or T-Mobile. This is even more important for T-Mobile fans than the other two carriers because HTC’s own website still has magenta’s version listed as out of stock.
People can find the 32GB Sprint and AT&T HTC One for $199.99 after signing up for a two year contract, while the T-Mobile variant will run you $50 more and is available for $249.99. If you aren’t eligible for an upgrade but want to get the handset anyway, you can pick it up for $699.99 for any one of the three carriers.
Just a quick heads up though before you go and put your money down with Best Buy, there are some even better deals out there. AT&T for instance is offering up a free Media Link ($90 value) when ordering the HTC One through them, while T-Mobile is giving people who pre-order the device on their website a free HTC One car kit ($60 value). Even Radio Shack is getting in on the freebie action with a $10 coupon on top of $50 Google Play credit for ordering the Sprint HTC One.
