Yesterday we reported on a trio of rumored Samsung smartphones the Galaxy Star, the Galaxy Pocket Neo, and The Galaxy Win. Well it didn’t take too long for at least the Galaxy Win to become official and with it comes a new partner in crime not mentioned previously, the Galaxy Trend 2. Both of these devices were outed by the Samsung’s Chinese language website.
First we’ll remind you all about the Galaxy Win and it’s less than stellar 4.7″ 480 x 800. (sAMOLED) display. While you are getting what looks to be a Samsung Galaxy S III the look is about the only comparison we would venture to make between the two. So Before we go any further here is a look at the rest of the Galaxy Win’s specifications:

Right now we don’t have an official launch date for the Galaxy Win other than yesterday’s reported availability by week 17 of this year (April 22 – 28 2013). Other than that only the single-SIM variant is listed although as is the case with most international handsets we should expect a dual-SIM capable Galaxy Win at some point as well.
Next we will take a look at the new kid on the block the Samsung Galaxy Trend 2. This device as far as I can tell is a followup to the Galaxy Grand Duos (GT-S7562) because that phone was also listed as the Galaxy Trend in some places. This handset is listed to have both single-SIM and dual-SIM variants (model numbers SCH-I739 and GT-S7572 respectively), and carries with it the following specs:

1.2 GHz dual-core processor
1,500 mAh battery
3 MP camera
Bluetooth 3.0
microSD support
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
While we don’t have any idea when this device will be launched or for how much, it’s probably be a safe bet that they won’t make it here to the United States. Even though these will carry the budget tag, phones like this typically hit emerging markets if they ever make it out of China in the first place.
