The Tablet Z has been something of a quietly rising success from Sony, it launched to little fanfare but, it’s slowly gotten more and more popular. Mostly because the tablet has become more available in regions across the globe, now Sony are telling us that the Tablet Z is in fact, available for purchase all over the world. So, if the ability to run AOSP on the Tablet Z wasn’t enough – now you might actually be able to buy one. If you’re unfamiliar with the tablet, think a 10-inch version of the Xperia Z and you’re almost there. Sony are saying that both the WiFi and 4G versions of the Tablet Z will be made available in the US but, it has yet to appear over on Sony’s site but, there’s a fair chance Sony will get round to it.
2013 has been a year of quality releases for Sony, the Xperia Z and the Tablet Z are both great pieces of hardware but, Sony have struggled to get these devices out there, while the Xperia Z is still MIA in the States, it’s good to see the Tablet Z coming available at long last.
