Verizon Getting Motorola Droid RAZR Ultra and Droid RAZR M Ultra?

One thing that we usually don’t think about in the wireless industry is that phones take years to put together. The Galaxy S4 wasn’t put together over night. It generally takes close to a year or long to put together a phone. Which is why we haven’t seen any new Google-inspired Motorola phones yet. But we should begin seeing them soon. Especially after the new logo we saw earlier today.

We’ve just gotten a tip from the legendary @evleaks. He’s suggesting that Motorola and Verizon have teamed up again to continue the popular Droid RAZR line which they started back in late 2011. Well they revived it in 2011. According to a tweet from @evleaks, Verizon and Motorola are getting ready to release the Droid RAZR Ultra and the Droid RAZR M Ultra.

There wasn’t much else revealed as far as details for these two devices. But @evleaks has been pretty spot on with information. So he’s a rather trustworthy source at this rate. Motorola also said earlier this year that we are going to see a couple more Droid phones for Verizon, which these two could be those phones.

Droid Life is also stating that they were given inside information recently about the new Ultra line of Droid phones. Which included the Droid Ultra, Droid Ultra Maxx, and the Droid Ultra Mini. All without the RAZR name. So it looks like Motorola is looking to continue the Droid RAZR lineup. So is Verizon getting the Droid RAZR Ultra and Razr M Ultra in addition to the Moto X or X FON, the XT1060, which we saw pass through the FCC not too long ago? Who knows.

Who’s ready for a new Droid or two at Verizon? It’s about time right? Let us know what you think in the comments down below.
