Just like with any new phone. There are new wallpapers that we all want on our existing phone. Well the folks over at Android Central have grabbed the wallpapers and placed them in a zip file for all of us to have fun with. There’s about 16 wallpapers total, which brings the .zip to about 7.1MB. So not too big.
If you’re on your desktop, you can easily unzip the package and place all the images onto your phone, if you plug it in via USB. Or you can download the package onto your phone and use an app to extract them into your gallery. It’s pretty easy. There are 16 different wallpapers, which you can see them all down below. They look pretty nice. I’d especially like to see the one above on my new Nexus 7.
Those of you interested in the Moto X, it’s not hitting the carriers or Motorola.com until later this month or early September. So you still have some time to wait. Which means you’ll probably want to use these wallpapers, since they look oh so nice. There are plenty to choose from.
Those of you looking for the system dump, we’ve got a link to that as well. The system dump is sitting at 442MB. So it’s rather big, but still about half the size of the system dumps for the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2. Those are normally near a full gigabyte. Those looking to build ROMs for the Moto X can find some goodies in the system dump. Everyone else waiting on the Moto X, will have to wait a bit longer.
