The long wait is over for both AT&T and Sprint customers, and as promised, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is available today in the stores and they are shipping online. The T-Mobile customers already got their Note 3’s on October 4 and Verizon is bringing up the rear with an expected to ship date on October 10.
The AT&T version will set you back $299.99 on a two-year contract and is available in black and white. If you don’t like the two-year commitment, you can sign up for a one-year deal and the Note 3 will cost you $549.99, or you can purchase it at the full price of $724.99 off contract and go month-to-month. Whichever way you decide, as always, it will be the monthly fee that really costs you the most, not the phone’s initial purchase.
If you want to save a few bucks, $10 to be exact, as they are offering free two-day shipping, go can scoot on over to Amazon.com and order your AT&T Galaxy Note 3, in Black, and it is in-stock and ready to ship now. If you want to be off-contract though, you are better purchasing your Note 3 directly from AT&T, as Amazon is $25 more than the carrier.
Sprint is asking more for their Galaxy Note 3 than any other carrier at $349.99 for a two-year contract for existing customers, so do not let the initial website screen get you too excited. Now, if you are willing to port your phone number over from another carrier to Sprint, you can save yourself $100 and get their price down to the $249.99 that they show on the website. Only you can decided if Sprint offers the coverage in your area to take full advantage of the Note 3’s performance.
Wherever you purchase your Galaxy Note 3, you will be getting quite a piece of hardware with specs like these:
