Samsung Teasing a New Wearable for CES on Their Twitter?

Samsung already told us yesterday, via their own blog, that they are showing off different wearables at CES next week. Which we kinda figured, as Samsung really doesn’t show off any phones or tablets at CES. At least not new ones, they showed off the Galaxy Note 10.1 last year, but it wasn’t new and it was heading to Verizon.

This afternoon, Samsung Mobile took to Twitter to start teasing their announcement that they will be making on Monday. “What do you want Samsung to Unveil in 2014?” along with the picture above, appeared in their tweet. Making us think that the rumors of the Galaxy Gear 2 coming out at CES 2014 could quite possibly be a reality. We’ll have to wait and see if there is a new smartwatch in Samsung’s CES press conference. But we may see an activity tracker instead, which I’m sure would be heavily based off of S Voice.

I have a feeling that Samsung is going to announce a few wearables at CES this year. Maybe another smartwatch, a fitness tracker like the Fitbit Force or Flex, and a few others. It’s going to be a real interesting CES this year, as it seems like everyone is launching a wearable this year. ZTE already announced their BlueWatch, and Archos is announcing a few other smartwatches, starting at $82. Maybe we’ll see Samsung launch a competitor to Google Glass? Running on Touchwiz? That would be pretty interesting in my opinion.

Samsung’s press conference kicks off at 2pm PST on Monday. For those on the east coast, that’s 5pm, and over in the UK, that’s 10pm for you guys. We’ll be here covering the presser like we do every time. What do you think Samsung is going to show off, aside from some new Exynos chips, and a few wearables?
