Just yesterday, the LG G Flex launched on AT&T for $299 with a new contract. Today, T-Mobile is launching the LG G Flex which is going for $0 up front and $28/month for 24 months. T-Mobile is also launching the Optimus F3Q today which is a relatively mid-range device with $0 up front cost and $13/month for 24 months.
The LG G Flex has a 6-inch 720p POLED display, 2GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 32GB of storage on board, 13MP camera on the back and a 2MP shooter on the front. It’s also running Android 4.2.2 and weighs about 6.22 ounces with the dimensions of 6.32 x 3.21 x 0.31 inches. It does of course support WiFi calling on T-Mobile, as well as their 4G LTE network.
As far as the LG Optimus F3Q goes it features a 4-inch display, 5MP camera on the back, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, Android 4.1.2 – Jelly Bean, full QWERTY physical keyboard, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, 4GB of on-board storage and a microSD card slot along with 1GB of RAM. It does also support T-Mobile’s WiFi calling and their 4G LTE network as expected.
Both devices are available in-store starting today, so if you’re looking to pick up either one of these, you can head into a T-Mobile store and check them out. Both LG devices are pretty nice looking, but obviously for different people. Here we have a pretty small device with a physical keyboard, and the other is a pretty large phone with a flexible display. We should have our LG G Flex in house pretty soon to get started with the review. So if you’re waiting for our review to come out, you’ll just need to wait a bit longer.
