We’ve seen plenty of leaks and renders for the LG G3, especially more recently now that we are supposedly nearing the official release of the device, which is supposed to be sometime next month according to the rumors that we’ve been hearing. As of right now we still don’t know exactly what the LG G3 will look like, but we have a pretty good idea for the most part as LG probably won’t be deviating too much from the past design, that is just our guess though. What we do seem to know is that the back buttons will stay in place, but we could see the potential addition of a new item on the back on either side of the back keys, with the LED flash being on the opposite side. This speculation comes from some previously leaked images that we saw of an alleged LG G3 case that was up for sale on wholesale accessory website Aliexpress, and is rumored to potentially be LG’s answer to Samsung’s addition of the heart rate monitor on the Galaxy S5.
While we might know what the G3 looks like soon enough if the unveil does indeed take place in May, these concepts are great to look at and display probably the best possible design for the device. The concept was made by an individual named Javier who was said to be inspired by all the previous leaks and renders that have popped up before he decided to make his own personal mock up. If the G3 turns out looking like this, you’ll get no complaints from us. There are a handful of different looking renders with front and back designs and images of the phone in different colors, as well as displaying a concept of the phone with some water droplets on the screen to show off the rumored water resistance of the device. Javier didn’t just mock up these renders though as he added in some specs based off of the information that’s been floating around about what the possible hardware specs could be for the G2 follow up.
The very last render shows the potential specs that Javier(and many others would probably agree with them) would like to see on the device, including 3GB of RAM, a 5.5-inch display with 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution and 534 PPI, 32GB of storage space with up to 128 GB of expandable storage via microSD, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz, a 13MP rear facing camera with 720p video at 120FPS(slow motion), and finally a 2MP front facing camera with 1080p video at 30FPS. What do you think about the renders? Would you buy the G3 if looked like any of these and had these specs?
