Meizu MX4 Poses For The Camera In White

China-based giant, Meizu, has announced its new flagship at the beginning of this month. The device was announced in gray, white and gold colors though we’ve only seen it in gray thus far, there was no information when will it be available in white or gold. Truth be told we’ve seen the devices in white, but only in renders, until now that is. New images coming from China are showing off Meizu MX4 in white, you can check them out in the gallery below. I’m not exactly a fan of white smartphones, though it looks really good on the MX4 in my humble opinion. Opinions differ though, so… see for yourself.

Meizu MX4 features a 5.36-inch 1080p (1920 x 1152) display which has a rather odd screen size ratio (15:9). The device is powered by MediaTek’s MT6595 octa-core chip which uses big.LITTLE architecture (ARM Cortex-A17 processor and four Cortex-A7 processors) to run this thing. Other than that, the device comes with 2GB of RAM and you can get it in 3 different storage variants, 16, 32 or 64GB variant. Do note however that you cannot expand its storage via MicroSD card, so buy the model with more internal storage if that’s what you need. 3,100mAh non-removable battery comes with the device as well as PowerVR Series 6 GPU which is taking care of graphics performance. On the back of the device you can find a 20.7-megapixel camera with Sony’s IMX 200 sensor along with dual tone, dual LED flash located next to it. This phone also has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for all your selfies and what not. MX4 measures 75.2 x 144 x 7.9mm and weighs 147 grams. Android 4.4.4 KitKat comes pre-installed with Meizu’s new Flyme iteration on top of it, version 4. You can get the device in China in all 3 variants for 1799 Yuan ($292), 1999 Yuan ($325) and 2399 Yuan ($390) respectively. If you’d like to pre-order it and you live outside of China, you can do that via online resellers like GearBest considering Meizu is not taking any pre-order at this time. They will probably start selling it again in the near future though.

How do you like the white version of the device shown on the pictures below? Is this phone something that interests, do you think about purchasing it maybe?
