Meizu MX4 Pro Is Now Available For Purchase Internationally Via OppoMart, Pricing Starts At $549

Meizu has had an extremely successful year. The company launched two flagships this year, the first one, MX4, was launched back in September and the demand for that handset was so high that the company had issues producing enough devices at first. Meizu quickly managed to solve all production problems and deliver all copies of the handset in time. Only two and a half months after the Meizu MX4 announcement, the company announced an upgraded version of that handset, the Meizu MX4 Pro. This handset was also in high demand ever since it launched, though it didn’t outsell the MX4 at first, that was to be expected though.

Many people were wondering if Meizu will make the MX4 Pro handset available internationally considering they didn’t mention anything at launch or since then, but the device is now available for purchase for those of you who live outside of China. If you’re interested in getting this handset you can do so via OppoMart, a rather well-known smartphone reseller. This is, of course, not official channel to buy this handset, but it might be just what you were looking for. The price is of course significantly higher than it is in China (you’ll pay $150 more than you would in China), you can get the device for $549 and OppoMart will ship it worldwide in 5 to 7 days. The 16GB version of this device will cost you $549, while the 32GB model will set you back $599. Only the Grey variant of the device is available, so you’re out of luck if you wanted to get your hands on the White or the Gold variant.

Meizu MX4 Pro comes sporting a 5.5-inch QuadHD (2560 x 1536) display along with 3GB of RAM for your multitasking needs and 16, 32 or 64GB of internal storage (though only 16 and 32GB variants are available via OppoMart). This handset is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 5430 octa-core processor which comes with Mali-T628 MP6 GPU for graphics processing. On the back of this handset, you’ll find a 20.7-megapixel IMX220 sensor from Sony, while there’s a 5-megapixel shooter up front (OmniVision’s sensor). This device ships with Android 4.4 KitKat which has Flyme OS on top of it. 3350mAh battery is also a part of this package and the device measures 150.1 x 77 x 9mm while it weighs 158 grams. This is a 4G LTE capable handset and it also sports a fingerprint scanner below the display, push-to-activate model.
