Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Looks Set To Arrive In Europe Very Soon

The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is another device released recently by Samsung. However, in contrast to the big priced and big sized Samsung phablets like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge or the metal Samsung Alpha and A range devices, the Galaxy Core Prime is designed with cost in mind. That is, cost to the consumer. We have known about the device for some time although it has just started getting its release. The device was first spotted in store in India, back at the very beginning of December. Since then (last week in fact), the device officially went on sale in India by being listed on Samsung’s Indian eStore.

Well, the latest news is that the next stop for the Galaxy Core Prime is Europe. At least, this is what seems to be the case as a number of European retailers are starting to list the device. However, the European release seems to be stemming from the Netherlands where it is now presumed will be the European launch country. That said, once a device launches in one European country it is not usually long before it launched elsewhere in Europe. As such, it shouldn’t be too long before we start hearing the other countries in which the Galaxy Core Prime is en route to. If you are wondering what the price is then it seems the device is being listed roughly around the €160 which is roughly about $195. This is a step up in price from what the device is available for in India which is more towards the $150 marker.

If you are thinking about picking one up when it arrives in a European country near you, then you should know that the Core Prime comes equipped with a 4.5″ display with an 800 x 480 resolution. Inside, the Core Prime comes loaded with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. If cameras are your thing then the Core Prime comes equipped with a 5MP rear shooter and a 2MP front facing option. In terms of memory, the device comes with 8GB internal storage and a microSD card slot for additional memory (up to 64GB). Additional features include WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 2000mAh battery and running on Android 4.4 (KitKat). So the device is not exactly high spec but neither is the price and especially for a Samsung device. So are you Europe based? Will you be picking up the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime? Let us know
