Boost Mobile is making it easier to make calls when you’re wanting to speak to someone who lives in Mexico or Canada. The company announced today a new unlimited calling plan that allows you to make calls internationally to those two countries. It can be added to existing Boost Mobile plans for $5 per month. That just gets you unlimited calling internationally to Mexico and Canada when calling from the U.S. and is not roaming for those locations. The Todo Mexico Plan gets you unlimited calls to landline and mobile phones so no matter what kind of phone the person you’re trying to get a hold of has, it won’t cost you a thing if you have this package on your plan. The $5 add-on also gets you unlimited texts across the globe. This is a great plan if you have friends and family overseas that you want to stay in touch with. The Todo Plan add-on can be attached to either the $45 5GB Data Boost plan, or the $55 10GB Data Boost plan. Both of those plans work with all of the carrier’s current devices. Once you hit your data cap, your data speeds drop for m3G/4G down to 2G speeds.
Boost announced their new Data Boost plans a few months ago. The plans start at $35 per month and give subscribers 2.5GB of high speed data, with unlimited talk and texting. These plans are solid if you don’t use a lot of data, or if you live in an area that is well covered by Boost/Sprint and you are looking to keep your costs down. Boost also gives you extra data with these plans when you sign up for their monthly auto-pay service called Re-Boost. Users get an extra 1.5GB of data per month just for re-upping automatically each month. That works out to 4GB of high speed data, unlimited calling and texts, all for $35 per month. Not too shabby.
The new Boost Mexico and Canada calling plans are available now to add on to your existing plan and phone. If you have friends, family or loved ones in other countries, or if you call to Mexico or Canada regularly, give these new plans a look. They might save you some money every month, especially if the people you’re calling can be long winded and love to talk.
