Over the last few weeks, all the talk and news has largely focused on the latest flagship offerings from Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. These two devices were unveiled at the start of March at MWC and came to much fanfare with what seemed to be a generally good reception for the two devices. This was not surprising, as both devices came with a highly premium look and coupled with premium specs. Since they were unveiled, carriers have all been active in making sure you know that they are planning to carry the devices and this all came to a head last week when all the carriers announced that they had opened pre-orders on both devices.
Although, the device is not officially on sale until April 10th, that has still not stopped carriers all announcing that you can pre-order your device from them and most likely receive your device before the official launch date. In fact, T-Mobile was the quickest out of the gates by first announcing that they will be shipping their Galaxy S6 devices before the scheduled global date. Reports then quickly followed this week highlighting that T-Mobile was making good on this announcement by ensuring their customers have already started receiving their pre-ordered Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edges.
Well, it now seems Sprint are also trying to get in on the action. They are the latest carrier to announce that they will be shipping pre-ordered devices prior to the April 10th date. The news from Sprint came this morning via a tweet message sent out stating that customers who order the devices from them can expect shipping to begin starting this Monday. That’s April 6th. If you have yet to make your pre-order for either device, but were planning to with Sprint, then the tweet also suggested that those who do order now will see their device shipping from Monday too. So, if you cannot wait until the April 10th date for your Sprint Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge device, then now is the time to order.
