Just as we’ve covered the appearance of the additional two Xiaomi Mi Note variants in China, the long-awaited Mi Note Pro has finally showed its face in TENAA’s listing. The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro seems to be ready for launch in China considering it just got certified by TENAA (China’s equivalent to the FCC). Xiaomi has teased announcements for both April 15 and April 23, and the availability of the Mi Note Pro is likely to be announced at either of the two events. The Xiaomi Mi Note has been available in China for quite some time now and numerous Chinese resellers are selling it as we speak. The Mi Note Pro was announced at the same time as the Mi Note, but is still not available for purchase.
The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro features a 5.7-inch QuadHD (2560 x 1440) IPS LCD display along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of non-expandable internal storage. This handset is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 64-bit octa-core processor along with an Adreno 430 GPU for graphics. The 13-megapixel camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) is located on the back of this device and flanked by a dual-LED, dual tone flash. The 4-megapixel camera (2um pixel size, like the front-facing shooter on the One M9) is located on the front-side of this device and should be more than enough for your selfies and video calls. Android 5.0.1 Lollipop will come pre-installed on this device with Xiaomi’s MIUI skin on top of Google’s operating system. This device supports 4G LTE connectivity and will also offers dual SIM, dual standby option (micro SIM + nano SIM). 3,000mAh non-removable battery will ship with the Mi Note Pro and you’ll be able to take advantage of Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0 technology here. The Mi Note Pro measures 155.1 x 77.6 x 7mm and weighs 161 grams.

Xiaomi has also broke the Guinness World Record recently when they managed to sell 2.1 million smartphones during the Mi Fan Festival.
